1. To enter the Meet Me At the Game! Contest, henceforth referred to as Contest, first audition a Krell system at the retail showroom of a Krell authorized dealer. Obtain a valid Contest ticket from the salesperson giving the demo. After you receive the ticket, go to the Krell Industries, Inc. website at www.krellonline.com and register for the Contest. All required fields in the registration form on the website must be filled out. No purchase is necessary to play.

2. The Krell Industries, Inc. Meet Me At the Game! Contest begins at 9:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time on April 1, 2002 and ends at 5:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time on June 15, 2002. The Contest has one prize, which will be awarded to one winner. The prize is non-transferable. There are no prize substitutions. All entries must be received by e-mail, using the registration form on www.krellonline.com and must be received within the Contest time period. All e-mail dated outside of the Contest time span will be disqualified. Registration forms that are incomplete or improperly filled out will be disqualified. Only one entry per contestant is permissible. If more than one entry per contestant is received, all entries by that contestant will be disqualified. Krell Industries, Inc. and any internet provider are not responsible for inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical issues that cause lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or line failure of any internet associated hardware or software that prevents the contestants from accessing the Krell website. Krell Industries, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates the rules. Krell Industries, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time, due to tampering or technical difficulties; a notice will be posted at www.krellonline.com

3. This Contest is open to all people whose primary residence is in the United States or Canada and who are 18 years of age and over. Employees of Krell Industries, Inc., employees of Krell authorized dealers, Krell authorized distributors, and their families are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. The winner of the Contest will be selected by a random drawing of the Contest registration forms received via e-mail, within three (3) days after the end of the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, the winner will be the registered user of the e-mail account from which the registration form was sent. The designation of the Contest winner by Krell Industries, Inc. shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating, contestants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Contest, and the decisions made by Krell Industries, Inc.

5. The winner of the Contest receives an all expenses paid trip for two to the 2002 MLB All-Star Game in Milwaukee which includes and is limited to: Two tickets to the MLB All-Star Game on July 9, 2002, round trip transportation to Milwaukee from the winner's residence on July 8, 2002, returning July 10, 2002. In addition, Krell Industries, Inc. will provide hotel accommodations and meals for two on July 8, 2002 and July 9, 2002 and give $ 200.00 in cash to the winner for expenses. A Krell Industries, Inc. representative will notify the winner by telephone and Krell Industries, Inc. will make all travel arrangements. All federal, state or provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to submit all necessary tax information prior to the awarding of any prize. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/public release (where legal) to be returned within a specified time. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Krell Industries, Inc. to use the winner's name and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising and trade publicity without further compensations, except where prohibited by law.
